Filled is a tinted eyebrow gel used to fill eyebrow gaps while grooming and setting eyebrows in place.
FEATURES
Fibers in the formula effectively lock on hairs and fill gaps in the eyebrows giving a full brows effect Light-weight formula that allows for a lifted and long-lasting look.
FILLED BRUSH
A tiny brush with soft and dense bristles that allow for maximum application control and brow fullnes.
